What is XP and Levels?

Every ride you complete earns you XP. The harder you push, the more you earn.

How XP works

You earn XP by completing rides. Every saved activity adds XP to your total.

XP is calculated based on the intensity of your ride, not just the distance. Flex uses Weighted Average Power (WAP) to measure how hard you actually worked throughout the ride. The more power you put out, whether climbing, sprinting, or simply pushing hard on flat ground, the higher your WAP and the more XP you earn.

There's no cap. Every ride counts.

What are Levels?

As your XP grows, you level up. Levels reflect how far you've come as a rider. Levels are grouped into tiers: Bronze (Lv. 1–3), Silver (Lv. 4–6), Gold (Lv. 7–9), and Platinum (Lv. 10).

Good to know

  • XP is permanent. It never decreases.
  • Your level carries over if you change bikes.
  • Activities removed due to community guideline violations do not affect your XP.
